Carmelo Todaro

Managing Director

With over 20 years in banking and finance, I bring extensive experience across residential, business, and commercial lending. I began my career at Commonwealth Bank in 2000, progressing through roles in customer care, home lending, and SME business lending. In 2016, I became a Mortgage Broker and Team Manager at Prestige Finance, specializing in business loans, asset finance, SMSF, and home loans while mentoring other brokers.
 

In July 2024, I founded CRT Finance, where I now serve as Head Broker and Director. My focus is on simplifying the lending process and delivering clear, tailored solutions to help clients confidently navigate both retail and commercial finance.

Monica Todaro

Social Media Manager / Marketing Manager

Monica is a recent university graduate with a background in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.

During her studies, she gained hands-on experience working with large corporate entities, where she supported key marketing campaigns, community management, campaign execution, and social media content creation.
Monica’s skills and knowledge will be a valuable asset in supporting CRT Finance’s growth across digital marketing and online platforms.
